Any idea when the TomTom Mobile 5 full version.. i.e. with bluetooth GPS will actually start shipping?
The main reason I ordered it was for a trip to Scotland which is now only two weeks away.
When I ordered the product it said it was "Now available", I'm now wondering if this was/is a lie. |

I've had email replies from two online retailers (including the one I've ordered from) saying mid June....

Mid June? The TomTom site still says available now? Am I the only one who thinks TomTom are breaking several laws here? |

The two retailers were globalpositioningsystems.co.uk (who I've ordered it with) - I actually used their live chat thing and they said it isn't actually available in the UK yet, which kind of stinks on the Tom Tom front.
The other retailer was expansys.
It does tie in with the 'available now', add it to your basket, then see the delivery time say '5 weeks' on the Tom Tom website. Pretty poor if you ask me, I'm just hoping the package redeems the company in my estimations! |

i ordered my tt mobile direct from tom tom . com
on 21 may
have just recieved it on friday 3 june
have just spent two days testing it and find it to be the most amazing bit of kit i have ever used 
just need to be able to buy euro maps from somwhere
if any one knows where i would be grateful if they could post here

I looked on the TomTom site again this morning, and it still says 5 weeks delivery. I don't know whether to believe it or not anymore!  |

Once again others are saying they've got delivery while mine is still sitting in the warehouse. sigh.
Maybe I will send a complain to tomtom, it might move them along. |

i paid 249 euros for the unit and 9.95 euros for delivery (gteed 2 day)
about £180 total
however they have increased the price by 50 euros approx £35 more

When I ordered it still said €249 on their website, but when I got to the order page it said €299  |
